Deposits:

A deposit of $100 is due 48 hours before the charter. The balance is due at the beginning of the trip. Customer cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will result in forfeiture of deposit.  

Refunds:

If the charter is canceled due to bad weather it will be rescheduled or your deposit returned.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or HARD ALCOHOL. This is a zero drug tolerance vessel. If illegal drugs are observed the authorities will be notified and the trip terminated.   

All customers are expected to be in good physical condition. Please let the captain know if you have any health concerns so that I can plan accordingly.

 Released fish are the only thing that we'll be throwing overboard.
